A great leader is a person who unites their friends and divides their enemies.
Keeping score. Don't keep score, don´t let others keep score on you. Scores put guilt on you, lead to unhealthy comparisons (compare and despair).
Authenticity doesn't guarantees success, but the the lack of it guarantees failure.
It's not the talent, it's the choices we make that determine our success.
