The six facets of neuroticism are:
- Anger. Relax.
- Anxiety. Think about now and here.
- Depression. NOT clinical depression. Be happy and enjoy yourself.
- Inmoderation. Resist temptations. Don't binge.
- Self-Consciousness. Interact with others (especially strangers).
- Vulnerability. Don't feel overwhelmed by difficult circumstances.
