Min/Elite

  1. Broadjump: Height+1'
  2. Benchpress: Body weight x 10 (x20)
  3. Pull-ups: 10 (20)
  4. Farmers carry: 1/2 bodyweight each hand x 75 m
  5. Trap bar deadlift: 1.5x bodyweight (2.5x bodyweight) x 5
  6. Plank: 2 minutes (3 minutes)
  7. 800 meter run: 3:15 (2:45)
