The perfect daily routine

Dark Knight Discipline.

The climb. The first 4 hours of the day. Have control over the climb phase. Start the day creating. Build momentum. 

  1. The 'no witness' hour. One single task. Intense focus. No distractions (News, Social media). Protect your attention.
  2. The one-rep max task. Single uncomfortable task. 20 min.
  3. The fuel protocol. Power up. 30 min after waking. Water and light protein.

The facade. A layer of strategic engagement.

  1. The signal lock. Phone is a tool, not your boss. A single urgent goal. Ignore everything else. 
  2. The Wayne hour. A scheduled interruption. To disengage.
  3. The 'No zero-day' commitment. The smallest, easiest single action that still makes progress.

The Audit. Nightly shutdown and review.

  1. The inventory check. Clean & tidy. 3 things you did well, 3 things you did not finish.
  2. The weaponization of sleep. Quality of sleep. Cool and dark. Recovery for tomorrow.
  3. The pre-mortem. Target the most difficult task for tomorrow. The most important single action to prevent failure in that task.
