Minimally Viable Plan

A minimally viable plan (MVP) is a less detailed plan that can be created quickly, modified quickly, and shared with a team quickly. It can be useful for working on multiple projects at once.

Components:

  1. Prioritize projects and tasks.
  2. List out big chunks of work in each project.
  3. Assign work to the right people.
  4. Give each project a deadline date.
  5. Create an "ASAP" package that has each person’s top five to-do’s in it.
  6. Maintain the project plan, mark stuff done, keep the projects in priority order.
