A minimally viable plan (MVP) is a less detailed plan that can be created quickly, modified quickly, and shared with a team quickly. It can be useful for working on multiple projects at once.
Components:
- Prioritize projects and tasks.
- List out big chunks of work in each project.
- Assign work to the right people.
- Give each project a deadline date.
- Create an "ASAP" package that has each person’s top five to-do’s in it.
- Maintain the project plan, mark stuff done, keep the projects in priority order.
