Principles to exercise

  1. Safety. Failing the movement does not have huge risk. Big loads do not add huge risk.
  2. Liberty. Allows full range of motion.
  3. Intensity. Allows 90-100% of your maximum effort.
  4. Failure. Targeted muscles must fail first.

  • Squat machine
  • Leg extension
  • Leg curl
  • Press machine
  • Lunges
