Objectives:

  • Examine the aspects to work on to close the gap between brand and reputation.

Reputation. How you are coming across to others.

  • Based on interviews, how others perceive me.

Close the gap:

  • Start by identifying the Gap
  • Decide which parts of the Gap you want to work on
  • The aspects I want to work on and the people whose perceptions I want to change.
